1. Account & Access
You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable minimum in your jurisdiction) to create an account. Keep your credentials confidential and ensure the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
2. Acceptable Use
Do not upload or generate content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Credits & Payments
Your first two generations are free. Subsequent generations require one credit (USD $1) each. Payments are handled securely via Razorpay; Videoscripter.Studio does not store card information.
4. Refunds
Purchases are generally non-refundable. If you believe there has been an error, contact us at support@videoscripter.studio within 14 days and we will review the request.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your prompts, uploads, and generated outputs. You are responsible for ensuring any use of generated media complies with applicable laws and licensing requirements.
6. Third-Party Providers
We rely on trusted vendors—including Firebase for authentication and Razorpay for payments. Their services are governed by their respective policies.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to protect the service, enforce these terms, or comply with legal requirements. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update this document as our services evolve. Material changes will be posted here and become effective upon publication. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
